This is a fascinating and tidy property with fantastic staff and food. Luxurious bathroom, lovely bed, big bedroom. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 km.

The hotel was overwhelming, staff were happy to help. The bed was amazing, the room was heated and warm enough. Generally everything was fabulous, even so the bathroom was a little cramped. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, perfect location.

Fab food and atmosphere, efficient check-in. Appreciated eggs, cereals and pastries for breakfast. Great bedrooms with neat beds. Politeness of hotel staff. The venue was conveniently set in a vibrant area...

an exceptional stay and great value. breakfast was above average, with lots of goodies. remarkable view, a lovely balcony, very big bed, too. very early check-in & efficient service. not to mention consistent wifi! conveniently located for us.

Awesome place to stay, we liked the continental breakfast. The staff was absolutely charming and was willing to help. The superior queen room was cosy and warm. Phenomenal location for exploring Playa del Carmen. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was priceless. Convenient hotel, great value
